The Bronx's Wave Hill garden is looking for applicants for its 2008 John Nally internship.
Established in 1990 in memory of Nally, curator of Wave Hill until 1988, the program is hands-on training for garden enthusiasts seeking to further their understanding of the principles of horticulture. The internship runs from early spring to late fall.
Requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Salary is $12.50 an hour for a seven-hour workday, five days a week. Weekend duties are required on a rotating basis.
