If you are going to the game tonight, don't forget to bring your unopened cans or boxes of nonperishable food for the Devils' Food Drive, which benefits the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.
One year I purchased toys for the Toys For Tots drive and forgot to bring them with me to the game and had to find another place where they were collecting toys. So, if you have food you were planning to bring, don't forget it.
There will be collection areas in the two tower entrances and at the Lafayette St. entrance. Those making donations will be eligible to win autographed Devils' memorabilia.
Also don't forget that as part of Jersey Hockey Fights Hunger, Atlantic/Metropolitan Hockey League rivals -- the New Jersey Rockets and the New Jersey Titans -- will team up to collect food for the Coach4Food program on Monday and Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.at Prudential Center's Amerihealth Pavillion. Devils alumni Bruce Driver, Rob Skrlac and Grant Marshall will join players from the Rockets and the Titans on the ice during the event.

If you forget to bring food items most times they'll also take cash donations to the cause.
