Both Scott Clemmensen and Kevin Weekes are on the ice for the Devils' optional morning skate at Prudential Center.
Weekes came out first and, if I had to guess right now, I'd say he is playing tonight against the Islanders. He is getting most of the shots early in the skate -- as Clemmensen did in Thursday's skate before playing Thursday night.
As soon as I get the official word from one of the goaltenders or Brent Sutter I'll post that information.
There is only an optional skate again today after their 3-1 win over Florida Thursday night. Petr Vrana, Nicklas Bergfors, Mike Rupp, Sheldon Brookbank and Barry Tallackson are also skating.
