Jamie Langenbrunner is the third player in Devils' history to score at least two goals in three consecutive games, according to Elias Sports Bureau.
Patrik Elias (Feb. 21, 2004 to Feb. 25, 2004) and Alexander Mogilny (March 27, 2001 to March 31, 2001) also scored two goals in three consecutive games.
Sorry I didn't post this info when the Devils sent it out in the afternoon. I was busy with Super Bowl festivities. It was a great game.
Bruce Springsteen was enjoyable at halftime. I cringed a couple of times, particularly with the referee coming out to throw the flag at the end of Glory Days, and having a verse cut out of each song was odd, but you have to accept it with the time limit.
Overall, the postives easily outweighed the negatives.
Glad you enjoyed the game and festivites, TG. I was hoping Arizona would win though.

TG...you sound like you could be an Opie and Anthony fan. Jim Norton said the same exact thing, with a little more "colorful" language LOL.

i disappointed Bruce did not flash a boob during the show... thats what makes for an awesome superbowl halftime performace... at least Silvio Dante could have shown his!

I really can't believe the Cards lost. They had it in the bag at the end. Goddammit.
We the people of Arizona are sad pandas on this day.

Random thoughts:
Thank God Bruce didn't kill himself hitting the camera.
Why did TV have to be ruined for Janet Jackson's boob... its not that nice because she reminds me too much of her brother.
The Cards got jobbed with that fumble no review and the missed unsportsman like for using the ball as a prop in the last TD celebration.
In light of steroid use and ref incompetence for every Steeler Super Bowl win I demand that they be forfeited and Super Bowl IX champs are the Minnesota Vikings (this has nothing to do with the fact I'm a Vikings fan)
