That's the suggestion from George H.W. Bush (aka Bush-41) concerning son Jeb, the former governor of Florida. Papa B. says Jebbie would make an excellent president, and there may be some truth to that, if only he was doing it in another country, on another planet, in another solar system.
In the meantime, GHWB thinks JB would make a neat-o senator -- also from the state of Florida. Not sure I'm up for hearing Bush and Florida in the same sentence anymore, either. But Jeb has always had his supporters -- many of whom (his family included) thought he should have been president instead of that other cute tyke he grew up with.
Oh, well.
For the Record, Bush-41 says Bush-43 had some unlucky breaks and shouldn't be blamed for everything. As he told Fox News: "Now, there were some things that clearly he deserved criticism for. But I think the idea that everything that's a problem in this country should be put on his shoulders -- I don't think that's fair. And I'm not trying to get back in game by criticizing people, for example, the New York Times, but you know, it's just grossly unfair."
Thoughts?

Is there some aspect of this country yet untouched by the Bushes? Or do their rich friends and contributors need more breaks, since they are doing so well for all us little people? "Ick" does not begin to cover it...
