New to you

Courtesy_of_dalto Dalto Ristorante Italiano has opened in Clifton. The fine-dining BYO run by chef-owner Mauro Dalto, who previously owned Bambino D'oro in Manhattan, focuses on traditional Italian fare.

Dalto Ristorante Italiano is at 14 Market Street, Clifton; 973-778-4533 or daltoristorante.com. Hours: 11 a.m. to 2:30p.m. and 4:30 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 4:30 to 11 p.m. Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Due Terre Enoteca has opened in Bernardsville, featuring the modern Italian cuisine of noted chef Michael White, who is a partner. All pasta is made in-house, including orecchiette with house-made fennel sausage and broccoli rabe pesto and garganelli pasta quills with Parma prosciutto, spring peas and truffle butter. The wine list features more than 250 selections.

Due Terre Enoteca is at 107 Morristown Road, Bernardsville; 908-221-0040 or dueterre.com. Hours: Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, dinner 5 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 5 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday. A light bar menu is offered from 3 to 5 p.m.
