In today's Better Living section, Robert Bieselin takes a look at "contesters" -- the frequent recipe contest contestants like Diane Coates and Kathy Nasano, pictured.
They're in it for prizes and recognition, but mostly, they're in it because they love to cook.
By the way, a reader noted that in Nasano's cookie recipe, we neglected to mention the temperature. Our bad. The cookies are baked in a preheated 375-degree oven.
