Two transactional items to pass along for all of you insiders:
Morton's, Hackensack: Korina Insana, pictured, a 10-year employee of Morton's in Manhattan, is now sales and marketing manager. Her husband, T.J. is a mixologist.
The Hilton Woodcliff Lake: Michael W. Mroue is now director of banquets. Previously, he was assistant director of special events at the New York Palace hotel and banquet manager at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers in Manhattan.
