Silver Oak for sale again

Fresh off a three-star review from the Star-Ledger, Silver Oak American Bistro in Ridgewood is again for sale, according to a MLS listing. The asking price is $129,000, which includes recipes.

When it was for sale more than a year ago, then-chef Gary Needham said that ownership wanted to sell the restaurant in order to move to a bigger space.
