We'll have a local chef competing when Hell's Kitchen's fifth season begins on Fox later this month. Her name is Ji-Hyun Cha, she's a private caterer in Palisades Park, and she may be the only chef in North Jersey to be pictured semi-topless on her Web site.
Update: The pictures are gone, and the Google cache has been updated. But trust me, they were there.
