New Italian in southern Bergen

North Arlington and Lyndhurst, which may have a higher saturation of Italian restaurants than anywhere else in Bergen County, have two more on the way.

Replacing East Fountain in North Arlington will be Lassoni, according to a sign on the front door. And coming to the ShopRite plaza in Lyndhurst, Gencarelli's Italian Restaurant.

Seriously? Why do people keep opening the SAME types of places where the market is already so saturated?

They need a Thai.. an Indian.. a Cuban.. something different... might show a "deeper" reason...
