Sorrento under new ownership

Sorrento Ristorante on Park Avenue in East Rutherford has closed while its new owner, Pasqualina Bikoff renovates. She expects to reopen in June with a Southern Italian menu.

Bikoff, who was born in Italy, owns Lentinias Italian Specialties in Lyndhurst and a cafeteria for Hartz Mountain in Secaucus. This will be her first restaurant.
