A Mano in Ridgewood has added gluten-free and whole-wheat crusts to its menu. Gluten-free crusts will be available for an additional $5 a pie only on Sundays, starting Aug. 9 (you may have seen them in testing earlier). They are prepared in a specially sanitized area, and were "perfected with the help of Antonio Esposito, Sorrento-based master pizza chef, who recently visited A Mano," according to the press release.
Whole wheat crusts will also be available for an additional $3 a pie every day starting Aug. 6.
