Got A Minute? The Death of "Madame Marie"

Gotaminute_100 If you are a fan of Bruce Springsteen, you know who "Madame Marie" is.  She's the fortune teller on the Asbury Park boardwalk, made famous in Springsteen's 1973 classic song, "4th of July, Asbury Park."  Well, the real Madame Marie -- Marie Castello - died a few days ago.  To the end, she always believed that Asbury Park would come back -- and bravo for her. Someday, it will.  For my audio commentary on her, click here:  Download death_of_madame_marie_070208.mp3
