Another week, another mishap with a small plane in North Jersey There are many questions that need to be answered. But how about this one:

The lawyers argue that the insurance industry is trying to reclassify some administrative costs such as medical expenses. The trade group Americas Health Insurance Plans, said the costs include such things as telephone hotlines 24 hours and programs for disease management.
