THE EMMYS
"Lost" received a nomination for best drama series today, along with nods for cinematography and best supporting actor Michael ("Benjamin Linus") Emerson. I'm gonna look through the complete list shortly to see what else we got.
As mentioned here previously, the episode submitted was "The Constant" which had been screened for a group of non-"Lost" watchers. (The thinking was that a great episode for fans might not necessarily be a great one for the judges. But, "The Constant" was also a fan favorite, so no harm done.)
In other news, ABC has announced its fall schedule but not provided into yet on its mid-season shows, so no word yet if we're looking at a January or February start date, although February is sweeps month and that still seems to matter in TV Land.
Its great to see Ben (Michael Emerson) get a nomination. I think most of what is so great about the character is how well the actor plays him.
