The only thing I can see where I disagree is Nabokov for the AS team. There are plenty of other goalies, including Henrik, who would be more deserving (Clemmer, Bryzgalov, Ward. etc...)

heatley lists 7 teams 6 from the west and the cup champs. have a feeling quite a few players will want to play with the pens over next 5 to 10 yrs
