Lost in all the Claudio Reyna news was my piece on Michael Bradley today in the Herald News. Just catching people on his latest exploits. The most interesting part of my talk with Michael was the clear disdain for Alexi Lalas that he still has. He's too much of a class act to really say anything to disparaging of Lalas but you get the sense he would sooner smack him than shake his hand.

"Although we're disappointed not to have Michael Bradley with us for the 2006 season, we feel that both Michael and the MetroStars will benefit in the future from this decision," said MetroStars President and General Manager Alexi Lalas. I'm still waiting on exactly how the MetroStars benefited from him leaving.
