It looks likw Ecuador's B team against Ireland's B team but the match should still be an entertaining one, particularly with the fans expected to attend.

Ireland looks good to me. They will play "Route 1"...looking for the header in the box. A nice contrast in styles to whom they will play.
Kevin Doyle - has had a wonderful year leading Reading in the EPL.
Steve Hunt (no relation to former Cosmo!)- Dangerous winger for Reading that kept a healthy Bobby Convey out of the rotation in the early part of the year.
John O'shea - key contributor to ManU's year of reign.
May 23rd? what timing.... taking advantage of us being "soccer frenzied" after the CL final.

I would go, not being either equadorian or irish, just to watch Doyle - kids explosive.

Hunt did keep Convey out of the lineup, but Convey was never healthy. That's why he had to leave and have a second surgery on his knee. Should be a good battle in camp for the spot once Convey is fully fit. Hunt had a good year he should be the front runner for the position going into next year.

How is this Ecuador's A team? None of its European-based players (Segundo Castillo, Felix Borja, Luis Antonio Valencia, Ulises de la Cruz, Giovanny Espinoza) are there, with the exception of Edison Mendez.

Fair point Sean, though it's still a good B team for Ecuador.
