Monday Morning Center Back (Red Bulls deny deGrandpre report)
The Red Bulls are denying reports that Marc deGrandpre has been ousted from his position as the team's managing director.
Team spokesman Brian Tsao stated that there are no plans for a change in the club's management personnel and that deGrandpre still holds his same position.
The Red Bulls also denied an SBI report that plans for a training facility in Florham Park have been scrapped. The club is expected to have an announcement on the team's training facility in the coming weeks.
When will hear from a Red Bulls executive about what is going on with the Red Bulls? DeGrandpre is due back in the country on Wednesday.
It's all very confusing. The stadium, training ground, DeGrandpre's future. A press conference would not go amiss.

Any word on what's going on with Ubiparipovic is he on loan for the rest of the season?

Man.
You gave them a perfect out to get rid of the guy. Can't they take advantage and do it even if they hadn't planned to originally?
Some people don't know how to improvise.

MLS Underground is reporting the same thing, and that a guy named Marcus Hofl will run all Red Bull soccer operations. Red Bull had better squelch this quickly if it's a rumor, but I for one hope this happens and we get a guy who knows the Ny market from a business perspective to help the team grow and turn things around as the pending move to Harrison gets closer.

Red Bull has been saying since the end of last season that a permanent practice facility deal is only a few weeks from an annoucement.
Perhaps, the memo hasn't gotten down to the Red Bulls PR staff that changes are afloat.

Darn! And here I was thinking, "Finally some good Metro news!" Oh well...

It's has been the same old story since RedBull took over. The promises have been endless & the follow through has been terrible. I haven't seen a professional organization go through so many changes and lack of professionalism like RedBull. The only people pulling their wait in the front office are the old Metro employees!!

RBNY is the Britney Spears of MLS: needs a complete make-over as it continues to embaress itself with nearly every chance it gets. The 'other' new york team can't come fast enough.

Hey Adam, the difference between Britney Spears and the Red Bulls is that Spears was actually very popular and successful at one point.
Red Bulls, the Paris Hilton of MLS?
