Did you miss the insane nine-goal display on Saturday between the Red Bulls and Galaxy? Don't fret. You'll have several chances to watch it again.
MSG is showing replays of the match this week. Here is the schedule:
- Tuesday- 9pm, 11pm and 1am
- Wednesday- 12pm, 2pm, 6pm
That's six chances to see the best MLS soccer game all year, the kind of game you need to make a DVD for your archives.
MSG is also showing a series, Born to Play, which spotlights some of the best soccer players of all time. Here is that schedule:
- Tuesday- 7pm (Pele), 7:30pm (Zidane), 8pm (Ronaldo)
- Wednesday- 1pm (Pele), 1:30pm (Ronaldo), 3pm (Zidane), 3:30pm (Maradona), 4pm (Pele), 4:30pm (Ronaldo), 5pm (Zidane), 5:30pm (Maradona)
Enjoy the soccer.
So I'm guessing it'll be Sullivan and Bretos doing the games on MSG too?

If anyone is willing to record this match on a DVD and mail it to me, I would be very grateful.

If I was Yallop or Arena, I wold be worried about the state of my Defense.
The game was exciting to watch, but it would be nice if ESPN or someone would pick up the rest of the MLS news. Blanco scores amazing half volley, and gets assist....anyone, anyone, is this mic on?

For those who have FSC and don't have MSG, there is another replay of NYRB/LAG.
Set your DVR because it is being shown at 4:00am Tuesday morning.

i was at that game mr. goodbar game, and the only thing i could hear was "Cuahtehmoc!" the mexican fans were the loudest ones. there was a pocket of them right next to our (kinda) supporters group and i couldnt hear the rsl fans at all. i guess its hard to cheer for a team that gives you nothing to cheer about

Is MSG going to show the whole match or the 'Red Bulls in 60' thing, where they edit it down to an hour? Normally, it's the latter, which sort of sucks.

For anyone saying that the 5-4 match was a result of poor US soccer quality, point them to the 2nd leg of the Spanish Super Cup which Sevilla won 5-3 against Real Madrid.
My boys' 5th title in 15 months! Vayan rojiblancos!

I know this is totally off topic, sorry but...
Ives, do you, or does anyone else know why Beasley hasn't even made the bench for Ranger's past couple of games?

Good question Alex, I read after DMB's last appearance that he had a less than stellar showing. Is he already falling out of favor?
