Ebanks Has NOT Committed

Despite reports to the contrary, Devin Ebanks has NOT committed to Miami, according to St. Thomas More coach Jere Quinn.

"There's no validity to that," Quinn said by phone Monday night. "Devin has not made a choice yet. His recruiting is still open."

The 6-9 Ebanks is still considering Rutgers, Indiana, Miami, Texas, UConn, Georgetown "andy maybe Georgia," Quinn said.

The coach said he had fielded about 10 calls Monday night from people asking about Ebanks's status, and he had told them all the same thing. Ebanks did not pick up his cell phone when called. For more on Ebanks, read my initial post from January.
