Theodore, Nation's Best Learn from LeBron James
Jordan Theodore approached his camp counselor in a crowded gym Saturday afternoon and asked, “What’s up, LeBron?"
Theodore is among the 70 top high school basketball players in the nation in attendance at the LeBron James US Skills Academy at the University of Akron. James, the Cleveland Cavaliers star who grew up in this inner city environment, has made himself available to the players -- even taking the court to compete with 20 college players here -- and Theodore is making the most of it.
"I think it's great being able to talk to LeBron and ask him a couple of things," said Theodore, a rising senior point guard at Paterson Catholic who recently committed to Seton Hall. "I asked him the same thing I asked Steve Nash, how to become a better leader. I'm going to ask him a lot more questions. I'm going to get to know him better. I hope he gets to know me.
